AlgoAlpha reserves the right to deny access based on suspected fraud, terms violations, or security concerns.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• No cancellation fees apply.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period.
• If you have trouble canceling, contact our support team for help.

Our Right to Terminate

AlgoAlpha may suspend, terminate, or limit your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. When feasible, we will provide notice.

After Termination

• These Terms continue to apply to any previous usage of the Service.
• You must maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information obtained through the Service.

General Rule

AlgoAlpha does not offer refunds for cancellations due to unsatisfactory experience or accidental purchases.

Exception: Duplicate Orders

Refunds are only issued for duplicate orders — an identical subscription or product purchased more than once within a short period due to a technical error.

How to Request a Refund

• Contact our customer support team with details of the duplicate charge.
• Our team will review your request.
• If needed, the issue may be escalated to a higher authority.

Your Consent

By using the AlgoAlpha Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Consent is obtained through actions such as account creation and cookie usage.

Ownership

All materials related to AlgoAlpha — including software, source code, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, and all other intellectual property — are exclusively owned by AlgoAlpha.

Open-Source Content on TradingView

• Open-source scripts published under our TradingView account may be modified and remixed for non-commercial purposes only.
• Derivative works must use an equivalent open-source license.
• Clear attribution to @AlgoAlpha is required.
• Derivatives must remain openly accessible.

Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized use — including commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access of closed-source scripts — violates these Terms and will be enforced through all available legal remedies.

• Do not sell, license, rent, or distribute AlgoAlpha materials.
• Do not copy, reproduce, transmit, or publicly display our content.
• Access to materials does not grant ownership rights.
